Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, contact us at support@froghairgolfwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Limited-edition or special-release items (unless defective)
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style and inventory is available, we're happy to offer an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Frog Hair Golf Wear is not responsible for lost return packages
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
